Ray & Sharon have lived in the Peace River area of Northeastern British Columbia for many years, and have been outfitting in the area since 1991. They live as well as work in their hunting country year round, running their own ranching operation in addition to outfitting .

Living and working in the hunting area adds many advantages to their operation.  Observation of animal habitat, game patterns and weather, all contribute to their extensive knowledge of the area.

Ray has been guiding since 1978 in the Western United States as well as the Yukon after moving to Canada.  Sharon was born and raised in the Yukon and enjoyed working in the outfitting business there prior to moving south after marrying Ray in 1987.  Ray and Sharon have worked as equal partners in Horseshoe Creek Outfitters, Ltd. since its conception.
